Celebrity event designer Preston Bailey and New York's world famous Empire State Building are teaming up for a Valentine's Day wedding contest. Although they receive many requests on a daily bases, this annual Empire State Building contest is the only opportunity for couples to get married at the landmark location.

On February 14, 2013 three lucky couples will win their dream wedding with the help of Preston Bailey.Contest details and rules will be posted on the Empire State Building's Facebook page and www.prestonbailey.com in mid-November and the winners will be announced in early January. Photo
